Local travel data
Your itinerary, saved places, arrival checklist, budget and optional emergency card are stored in this browser using local storage. They are not uploaded to a JustArrived account. Anyone with access to your unlocked browser may be able to read them. Export private backups carefully, and clear travel data from My trip or your browser settings.
Messages you choose to send
Contact and feedback forms send the fields you enter to this website’s server over HTTPS. Depending on the configured service, accepted messages are kept in a private queue or passed to the site’s mail service. The confirmation describes which action happened. The purpose is to review and respond to your enquiry. Do not send sensitive documents or payment details.
Retention and service operation
The deployment configuration is designed to remove queued messages after 30 days, with earlier deletion of resolved messages where practical. Any email copies and hosting logs have separate retention controlled by the site operator and hosting provider. Form sessions and hashed network identifiers support request validation and short-term abuse prevention. Standard hosting access logs may contain your IP address and request information.
Cookies and offline storage
A necessary form-session cookie is used for submission security. The website also stores public page resources for offline use. This release does not include advertising, behavioural analytics or marketing signup tracking. Browser translation, external source links and destination images served by external providers may involve their own services and privacy policies.
Location and external services
The SOS page requests your device location only when you press its location button. Coordinates are displayed locally; the site does not send an emergency alert. Copying, sharing, calling or opening an external website uses your device and the chosen provider. External websites apply their own terms.
Requests about submitted messages
Use the contact form to ask about a submitted message, including the reference if available. Do not send extra identity documents unless a necessary verification process has been explained. Clearing this browser’s travel data does not delete messages already submitted to the server.
